Donovan has over twenty-five years of experience across multiple industries, including oil & gas, telecommunications, and publishing. He has held leadership positions in the areas of software development, product management, operational excellence, and sales & marketing effectiveness at major corporations such as Xerox, TELUS, CGI, and JWN Energy as well as several smaller start-ups in the software and services business.
As the Director of Business Development, Donovan is responsible for driving the growth of SysGen in new and existing markets across Canada. He leads the pre-and post-sale teams that work with clients to identify the best fit of innovative services and solutions for their business. Donovan’s personal philosophy of “Make it better” is reflected in his approach with clients and colleagues to build long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Donovan is an avid golfer, a Spartan racer, and enjoys trying new recipes for his Traeger smoker.
