Here is what we are doing to ensure your IT experience continues to optimally serve your business, despite the pandemic.

Remote Work

Our technical teams are equipped with the ability to work remotely. While providing in-person support is our core business offering, we set up client IT environments with the ability to provide remote support should scenarios such as COVID-19 arise. Please let us know if you would like to transition your business completely to remote support.

Calling Ahead

Our technical resources call clients in advance of a site visit if a site visit is necessary. We want to confirm that your physical location is open and that you are comfortable with SysGen being on site. If not, we have the tools and abilities to conduct the work remotely.

Physical Distancing

If a SysGen technician must physically visit your office location, please recognize that our technical staff will be observing physical distancing. This means that our technicians will be adhering to the government’s recommendation of keeping at least 6 ft away from others.

Health & Hygiene

Our technicians will be following the hygiene recommendations from the government including using hand sanitizer and washing hands for at least 20 seconds before and after visiting client offices. Additionally, all SysGen employees have been instructed to stay home should they feel unwell. SysGen’s service model includes cross-trained back-up personnel, who are all familiar with your technology environment and business, so service interruption will not occur in the event of an unwell employee.
