We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive (Business Development Manager) to join our sales team. If you’re the kind of person who loves chasing down new business, building great relationships, and sealing the deal, this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, outgoing, and motivated to make things happen. You’ll be a key part of expanding our client base and helping us grow in exciting new ways.

Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and connect with them to start meaningful conversations, driving new business opportunities.
- Map out your approach and plan for how you’ll tackle prospecting, including networking events and referrals.
- Dive into client needs to understand what they’re looking for and suggest solutions that fit their goals.
- Put together engaging presentations and personalized proposals that stand out.
- Own the entire sales journey — from the first conversation to sealing the deal — with a strong focus on winning larger opportunities.
- Handle objections confidently, building trust and showing clients why we’re the right fit.
- Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward and ensure potential clients don’t fall through the cracks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and client communications using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a senior sale, business development, or account executive role with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people easily.
- A knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience selling solutions or services in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and priorities without losing momentum.
- Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving sales environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while still being a great team player.
