SysGen Solutions Group Headlines SuperbCrew
SuperbCrew features how SysGen Solutions Group delivers personalized IT consulting to enhance businesses with Founder, President & CEO Lyle Richard.
Q: What is SysGen Solutions Group?
A: SysGen Solutions Group is a service-centric IT consulting company for small to medium-sized businesses in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Vancouver. Our core competency is managing technology to enhance our client’s businesses. We do this through a very personalized approach with dedicated technicians that tend to technology both on-site and remotely. Our value proposition is that we do not force clients through help desks.
Q: Tell us more about SysGen’s value proposition.
A: It is very common for clients to have an impersonal experience with the help desk. Typically, these desks are managed by entry-level technicians with a limited understanding of the companies they are supporting and the business process technology is engaged in.
With the help desk, client messages are lost in translation. Companies don’t feel heard and come to us with infuriation over being filtered through help desks and their limited understanding of IT in their businesses. I’ve listened to the aggravation of hundreds of companies in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Vancouver over the years. It’s no unheard secret: help desks mean frustration.
Q: SysGen has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Canada for the third consecutive year, what has attributed to this growth?
A: SysGen’s growth is attributed to our business model. The value proposition of personalized service is something that has been eroded in the marketplace as other IT consulting companies look to prop up lost profit margins. For our business, we don’t look at the costs, we look at the quality of service.
Q: How does SysGen differ from other IT consulting companies?
A: That can be offered up at many levels. The first is people. We actively recruit seasoned experts with years of experience in various technologies and an understanding of the business process and how that incorporates with technology. We are not a training ground.
On another level is our business model. SysGen’s secret sauce is the fact that we deliver personalized IT consulting services and take the frustration out of IT for our clients. They’re happy to call their dedicated technician and to deal with someone who understands their environment. It’s a win-win.
Q: What can we expect from SysGen in the near future?
A: SysGen is well-positioned to continue to grow and incorporate leading-edge technology solutions for our clients.
We’re well-diversified within the market and will ride out the ups and downs of the current economy. SysGen is a safe place to be. We won’t disappear overnight – SysGen will be here tomorrow and will continue to focus on the level of service we deliver to our clients.
Q: What’s the best thing about SysGen that people might not know about?
A: The best thing about SysGen is that we are a very wholesome family. Employees and clients have no concerns that the company isn’t on the right track. We’re managed effectively. We don’t overstate ourselves. Rather, we under-promise and over-deliver.
SysGen is leading the pace for locally-owned and operated IT consulting companies that are responsible to employees and clients. Where the market is transitioning to multinationals, we’re committed to our market space and what we do best: serving our community.
