As SysGen’s Sr. Manager of Client Experience, Chris De Marchi comes with vast experience of MSP sales and intimate knowledge of SysGen’s Service Delivery division as he transitions from his previous role in the company as Virtual IT Manager.   

Chris is poised to lead the Client Experience team to greater success with his exceptional leadership skills and customer-focused mindset. Chris will oversee a team of 5 CESs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for enhancing client experience and loyalty. With a diverse portfolio in sales, business acumen, customer service, and IT problem-solving skills, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in leading the CES team.
