As SysGen’s Senior Manager of Client Experience, Chris De Marchi brings extensive MSP sales expertise and deep knowledge of SysGen’s Service Delivery division, having previously served as Virtual IT Manager.

Chris is set to elevate the Client Experience team with his strong leadership and customer-centric approach. He leads a team of five Client Experience Specialists (CES), ensuring smooth daily operations while driving initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. With a diverse background in sales, business strategy, customer service, and IT problem-solving, Chris offers invaluable insight to guide and grow the CES team.

About to become a father of two with his spouse, Chris has a busy and fulfilling personal life. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking the mountains of BC and Alberta, playing competitive ping pong, and watching Edmonton Oilers games. He’s also passionate about crafting cocktails, tackling home projects, reading personal development books, and exploring new recipes as a self-proclaimed competent cook. A dedicated Metallica and Eminem fan, Chris is also a craft beer enthusiast and avid golfer.
