With his roots in the document management industry, Lyle started SysGen as a side business while he moved up the ranks of a multi-national Fortune 500 company. A passionate entrepreneur, Lyle has grown SysGen to over ninety employees and hundreds of clients in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Vernon, Kelowna, and the Okanagan.
Founding SysGen over twenty-eight years ago, Lyle has a relentless focus on creating the best IT experience possible. His drive and revolutionary approach to IT has enabled him to earn the Leaders of Tomorrow recognition by Business in Calgary. Under his leadership, SysGen was ranked on the PROFIT 500 for the past five years and is consecutively named one of Alberta’s Top Employers.
Lyle enjoys spending time with his family outside of work hours. You can find Lyle enjoying watersports, snowmobiling, and motorized recreation in the outdoors.
