Responsibilities:
- SharePoint & Teams Architecture and Administration: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including SharePoint and Teams Online.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs, hands-on sessions, and workshops for clients and internal team members, focusing on Microsoft 365 tools, PowerShell scripting, and automation.
- Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive training curricula for clients, focusing on effective use of SharePoint, Teams, and automation tools.
- Automation: Develop custom workflows and automation using Microsoft Power Platform based on client needs for process optimization.
- Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, working with clients to gather requirements, architect solutions, and advise on best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
- PowerShell Scripting: Write and update PowerShell scripts to support SharePoint customization, migration, and automation.
- Client Engagement: Facilitate meetings and workshops, develop training plans, and ensure that clients are informed throughout project delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members in best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutioning.
- SharePoint Customization: Implement SharePoint customizations, including content types, web parts, and site templates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Power BI, Power Query, and SQL to generate analytics and deliver meaningful insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with Automation and Business Process Improvement: Strong background using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proficient in SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Administration: Experience with SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service, and managing Service Applications.
- Scripting Skills: Highly proficient in writing PowerShell scripts for SharePoint customization and automation.
- Workshop Facilitation & Training: Proven track record in designing and delivering hands-on training, workshops, and interactive sessions.
- SharePoint Migration Software: Experience with ShareGate, Metalogix, or SPMT for migrations.
- Frontend Development Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor customizations.
- Consulting Experience: Strong skills in client interaction, conducting requirements gathering, and building collaborative solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, plan, and multitask work assignments effectively. Project management skills are an asset.
- Data Analysis Skills: Experience with data analytics, including Power BI and DAX, and familiarity with SQL.
- M365 Tools Expertise: Experience with tools like Yammer, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate, and ShareGate/Metalogix/SPMT.
- Creativity & Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating engaging presentations and graphics.
- Education: Degree in Business, Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
